All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 3-5 business days (from February to October) and 3-7 business days (from November to January) to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).

***At the moment, all Omdys Store’s products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***

Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
